3. Payments & Refunds

Payments are due upfront unless otherwise stated.

Government fees and third-party costs may be non-refundable.

Refunds, if applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Limitations of Liability

Actacerta is not liable for decisions made by public authorities or registry offices.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the country of registration, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
